Milan Bojić is the General Manager of Hygienx, a company specialized in the development and manufacturing of medical devices, with a primary focus on vacuum blood collection tubes. He is responsible for the company’s strategic development, operational excellence, and international positioning.
He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Sciences, with a specialization in operations and logistics management. He has further advanced his expertise through the Strategic Leadership Academy and the Serbian Association of Managers Academy, as well as advanced training in Design Thinking and Project Management. He is currently enrolled in an Executive MBA program at Rome Business School.
His professional experience includes the development and execution of complex industrial and investment projects, particularly within the medical industry and regulated markets. He focuses on integrating operations, product development, and strategic planning to build efficient and scalable business systems.
In addition to his operational responsibilities, Milan is responsible for the development and implementation of new business initiatives, particularly in the fields of biomedicine, industrial manufacturing, and innovation.
He actively develops international partnerships and optimizes supply chains, with the goal of strengthening the company’s position in the global medical products market. His approach is based on responsibility, clarity in decision-making, and long-term business sustainability.
He is focused on building stable and scalable business systems that operate independently of individuals.

Graduated Chemist (Faculty of Science, University of Belgrade, Department of Chemistry). He gained work experience in the field of quality control and quality assurance of medicines and medical devices by working in the pharmaceutical industry as Head of the Quality Assurance Department and Assistant Director of the Quality Sector, Quality Control Department – “Zdravlje” pharmaceutical factory, Leskovac, and as Head of the Laboratory Testing Support Department at the “Galenika” a.d. pharmaceutical factory, Belgrade. Lead external assessor of testing laboratories at the “Accreditation Body of Serbia” according to ISO/IEC 17025 standard. Lead assessor at the certification body “StandCert” Belgrade according to the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 22716, ISO 45001, HACCP, and GDP systems.

Specialist in medical biochemistry and subspecialist in laboratory endocrinology, is employed at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade, where she also heads the Laboratory for Medical Biochemical Analyses. She has gained many years of practical laboratory experience at the Centre for Medical Biochemistry of the Clinical Centre of Serbia. She is the secretary and a member of the Society of Medical Biochemists of Serbia, and a member of the Chamber of Biochemists of Serbia. She chairs the Committee for Accreditation and ISO/CEN Standards of the European Federation for Laboratory Medicine (EFLM). She is a corresponding member of the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry (IFCC) Committee for Point-of-Care Testing (C-POCT) and the IFCC Committee for Kidney Diseases. She is the national representative of the Society of Medical Biochemists in the IFCC eNews working group. She serves as vice-chair of the Scientific and Technical Committee – Accredited Laboratories at the Unified Serbian Association for Quality. She is a member of the European Academy for Specialists in Laboratory Medicine (EuSpLM). She is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Medical Biochemistry.

PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology, University of Belgrade Specialist in Industrial Pharmacy with extensive expertise in formulation approaches for poorly soluble drugs, application of 3D printing in pharmacy, material property analysis for tablet production, and extraction of raw materials for pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries from agricultural waste. He has completed advanced training at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Author of more than 50 scientific papers in international and national journals, cited over 1,200 times. Recipient of multiple awards for scientific achievements and contributor to projects funded by the Science Fund and Innovation Fund of the Republic of Serbia. Since 2021, he has served as Quality Manager at the Laboratory for Testing and Control of Medicines, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade, ensuring quality assurance and GMP compliance. He is also actively engaged in organizing industry training programs within the Center for Industrial Pharmacy.
